Usually the meeting is divided into two sessions:

The first session is aimed to familiarize you with the whole environment, and it includes:

1."Welcome guests"-- Every guest will be warm welcomed by our members and asked three questions: What's your name? What do you do? How do you know Zhongguancun Toastmasters club?

2."Introduction of today's theme"

3."Introduction of the meeting roles"

4."Table topic session"-- Every member and guest could attend this session, in which the participants will be asked to give an impromptu speech talking about a topic given by the Table topic master.

The second session is prepared speech session; only member is eligible to participate in this session.

Besides the first two sessions,every prepared speaker is assigned an evaluator who points out speech strengths and offers suggestions for improvement.
